Our story
The kitchen
We opened in a narrow house on MM Alam Road with a coal grill, a clay tandoor and a jar of Pampore saffron. Everything on this card begins with a farmer we know by name: trout from the Kaghan valley, lamb from Chakwal, morels picked above Neelum. We cook slowly, season with salt from Khewra, and change the card whenever the market does.
